Head of Bars – London
My client is a leading bar operator who are looking for a Head of Bars to oversee a number of their London sites. This senior role will be responsible for leading a team, driving commercial success, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional experiences at major events.
This is a hands on role so we are looking for someone who LOVES the thrill of being on-site in a buzzy event environment!
MUST come from a large-scale bar operations background.
The Role:
- Oversee operations across multiple London venues and major sporting events
- Drive performance through revenue growth, efficiency, and cost control
- Lead and develop teams, cultivating a high-performance culture
- Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and seamless event delivery
