Job Description We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international group of exclusive membership clubs, known for their unparalleled service and vibrant community. With multiple new locations in development, we are looking for a visionary Global Group HR Director to lead and shape the future of our people strategy on a global scale. This role is perfect for a dynamic and strategic HR leader who thrives in an international environment, with a passion for building culture and driving growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our brand’s mission while overseeing HR operations across multiple regions. Fluency in English is essential, and a working knowledge of French is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a global people strategy that supports growth, fosters a strong organisational culture, and aligns with brand objectives. Lead and mentor regional HR managers, ensuring consistent HR practices across all locations. Partner with the executive team to drive the global HR agenda and contribute to business strategy. Develop and champion a performance-driven culture with a meritocratic performance appraisal system. Recognise and reward top performers consistently, fostering a culture of excellence. Create and implement tailored training and career development programs to ensure the growth and retention of top talent. Lead the charge on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organisation. Ensure compliance with international employment laws and stay ahead of regulatory changes in all operating regions. Develop innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multi-site, international organisation, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced industry. Deep knowledge of global employment law, with a focus on compliance in multiple countries. Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support growth.
