I am excited to be working with a multi-faceted venue in Northampton who are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations for the site, training and development of the team, and creating a sales & marketing strategy to drive new business. You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, training and development of the team
