My client is a reputable innovative food business who are passionate about delivering high quality products to market. They are seeking a General Manager to join their team. The successful General Manager will be responsible for leading production operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and quality across the business, whilst overseeing all aspects of production, transport, engineering and packing functions to ensure that processes meet the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement production strategies that align with company objectives and growth plans.
