Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant taco spot opening this December. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and full of ideas, with the drive to grow the business. Most importantly, you should be obsessed with guest experience and delivering outstanding customer service!
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas to elevate the guest experience
- Experience managing delivery operations or fast-paced service environments is a strong advantage
- Solid P&L knowledge and financial acumen
- Strong operational expertise and excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
