An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Director to oversee food and beverage operations across a portfolio of entertainment venues. This role will drive commercial performance, enhance guest experience, and lead strategy and future planning across high‑volume operations from fast‑paced bars to premium hospitality.

The Role:

  • Oversee F&B operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency and excellence in service
  • Drive commercial performance with a focus on profitability and spend per head
  • Lead and motivate venue teams, fostering a culture of ownership and guest delight
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus, premium formats, and pre‑order services
  • Optimise efficiency, labour planning, and service flow using data and insight
