We are working with a stunning venue in the Cotswolds who host an array of events from corporate dinners and away days to weddings and private parties. We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager to join the team responsible for converting all incoming enquiries, as well as proactively driving sales and supporting the growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Create and implement proactive sales strategy to drive new business
- Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals
- Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability of the event
- Stay fully updated on market trends and conditions

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets from a corporate events background
