Reporting into the senior Food & Beverage leadership team, the Events Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of events, from intimate private celebrations and corporate gatherings to high-profile lifestyle experiences. Working closely with F&B, wellness, guest experience and wider hotel teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all events across the hotel.

  • Translate event briefs into detailed operational plans, timelines and team briefings.
  • \n

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences.

  • Oversee event set-up, live operations and post-event reviews.
  • \n

  • Act as the key operational point of contact during events, ensuring service standards and guest expectations are exceeded.
