Working on both UK and international events, you\’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality projects, from sit-down dinners to exclusive receptions and parties.
The Role:
End-to-end management and creation of projects
Quoting, planning, organising and delivering all aspects of catering events to a very high standard
Creating detailed event sheets and staff briefing on-site
Event closing and debriefing
Negotiations with suppliers
Management of large event budgets
On-site management of event staff and external suppliers
Experience:
Proven experience in luxury event management from a catering background
Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Confident in multi-tasking with good time management
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Confident in budgeting, quoting, and delivering events efficiently
