We are working with a design‑led events organisation looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of a wide range of live experiences. Specialist in creating bespoke events such as award ceremonies, conferences, product launches, and public‑facing activations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to scope requirements and shape project delivery
- Manage projects from initial brief through to on‑site execution
- Conduct site visits and prepare technical specifications
- Produce quotes and support CAD‑based planning
- Oversee event logistics including equipment, crew scheduling, and transportation
- Manage and report on budgets
- Act as the on‑site production lead during live events
