A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operator to join this smaller but currently expanding group based in London and the Home Counties, with 36 sites and growing, looking to add another three sites in the next year. These pubs have a great mix of food and drinks and a community feel, and you will have the chance to put your stamp on the business and make an impact.

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the CEO. This mindset allows for massive opportunities to move the business forward. Experience from a leading London operator and a background from pubs is essential.

This role is all about operations. Your main areas of focus will be the operational team, marketing and sales, while coordinating with other head office functions. Our client prides themselves on customer service and the quality product they provide on a day‑to‑day basis. The business is evolving constantly and a candidate with a track record of business change to keep ahead of market trends will thrive.

In the long‑term you will be responsible for improving product quality and consistency, increasing productivity, developing the customer base and maintaining and increasing profitability across all areas of the business. Experience with new openings and managing area managers is a must.

Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with management of area managers / operations managers – pub/bar sector experience needed.
