We are partnering with a fast-growing premium hospitality and lifestyle brand on a confidential search for a commercially-minded, data-driven FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to design and implement a new KPI reporting suite, alongside planning and forecasting models that will directly inform strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Attributes & Experience:
- Strong FP&A experience, ideally within hospitality, premium food & beverage.
- Proven track record of building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models from scratch.
- Commercially minded β able to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive growth.
- Confident influencing stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
- Highly numerate with advanced Excel and BI skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
