We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a vibrant accommodation venue with multiple F&B outlets. This role is heavily focused on F&B operations, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in this area. Hotel/accommodation experience is a real bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Lead Food & Beverage service across the venue
  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and guest satisfaction at all times
  • Act as the lead on shift, leading by example to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Social events and team-building activities
