Operations Director – Bar & Food Operations
Central London
A senior leadership role within a fast‐growing hospitality business with clear expansion plans for 2026 and 2027. Currently operating three sites, with multiple new openings in the pipeline.
This is a key hire for the business and will suit someone who enjoys complexity, pace and scale, with a strong focus on bar‐led revenue.
The role
Overall responsibility for three existing sites plus upcoming new openings
Launching new concepts and embedding consistent operational standards
Full accountability across operations, people and financial performance
Reporting directly into the Managing Director and a highly involved Founder
Working closely with people and marketing teams to build a people‐first culture and drive revenue
Leading recruitment, training and development across large, multi‐disciplinary teams
Managing multiple stakeholders and third‐party partners
Strong focus on bar performance, wet‐led revenue and commercial optimisation
Operating within a complex financial model with multiple moving parts
The ideal background
Proven experience in multi‐site hospitality operations at senior level
Strong new opening experience is essential
Comfortable managing large teams at scale
Wet‐led background with a solid understanding of food operations
Commercially strong with confidence around P&L and financial models
Good understanding of hospitality tech and operational systems
Strong knowledge of the London market
Experience in founder‐led or entrepreneurial environments is an advantage
