We are working with a highly respected, well-established restaurant group based in London renowned for its exceptional guest experiences. As the brand expands its digital presence, we’re supporting them in hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Exec or Digital Marketing Manager to help drive engagement, bookings, and online sales across key platforms.

You’ll take ownership of content, campaign delivery, and platform updates across ecommerce, delivery and booking systems, ensuring every guest interaction is beautifully executed, on-brand, and contributes to growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage website updates and ecommerce content using CMS tools and platforms
- Maintain digital menus, product listings, and campaign content across all key guest-facing platforms
- Own the content calendar, coordinating closely with brand and creative teams to keep all digital touchpoints fresh, relevant and engaging
- Support the rollout of new features and platform improvements
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across ecommerce, delivery, and brand channels
- Brief creatives, manage assets, and oversee timelines to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Liaise with external partners (including delivery platforms) to align content, product setup, and marketing activations
- Ensure all guest-facing content is accurate, visually appealing, and reflects the brand’s tone and personality
- Use tools to identify performance issues and opportunities across digital journeys
- Contribute to conversion rate optimisation, UX enhancements and journey improvements
- Help maintain and improve local search and discovery content, ensuring accuracy across directories and listings
- Conduct regular checks across websites and digital platforms to ensure consistency and quality
- Track and report on digital performance, surfacing issues and sharing insights with the wider team
- Look for ways to scale updates and improve processes, experimenting with AI tools and automation to increase efficiency
- Support the wider digital and brand teams with creative ideas to enhance the online guest journey
About you
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or content-focused roles in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail
- Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, CMS platforms and booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for brand storytelling through content and campaigns
- Confident using GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools to analyse and improve performance
- Able to manage briefs and timelines while juggling multiple projects with ease
- Hands-on with tools like Canva or Figma, capable of creating simple, on-brand digital assets
- Curious, collaborative, and excited by how tech and automation can enhance guest experience and workflow
- Proactive, organised, and driven by the satisfaction of seeing your work have a direct impact on guest engagement and business performance
