OPERATIONS MANAGER – LEADING RESTAURANT GROUP South West £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Travel I am working with a brilliant, well-established restaurant group who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key region across the South West. This is a great opportunity to join a strong, recognised brand with a real focus on its people, guest experience and continuing to evolve the business. THE ROLE You’ll oversee around eight sites, working closely with your General Managers and reporting directly into the Operations Director. This is very much a people-led role.You’ll be developing your GMs, building strong teams and creating real accountability across the region, while keeping a close eye on sales, labour, profitability and overall performance. The business is already well established, so this isn’t about reinventing the wheel.It’s about challenging where needed, raising standards and making sure every site is delivering a consistently brilliant guest experience.
