We are looking for a Commercial Manager to take the lead on all commercial activity for a large, complex site. If you thrive in complex environments, excel at cost control, and know how to drive commercial performance, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Owning all commercial matters
• Ensuring alignment with commercial principles and contract obligations
• Identifying gaps in commercial understanding across FM teams
• Managing suppliers in line with the MSA
• Validating additional works, claims, CCNs, and semi-comp costs
• Leading the Change Control process where commercial impacts occur
• Overseeing budgets outside the fixed-price model
• Reviewing and approving invoices as part of the Managing Agent role
• Acting as the commercial escalation point to senior leadership

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing commercial elements of large-scale FM contracts (~£30m)
• Strong commercial acumen and deep contract management expertise
• 5+ years’ experience across core FM services in complex or high-risk environments
• Background in financial services FM is a plus
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, gearing ratios, benchmarking, and FM cost drivers
