A fast-growing UK beverage business is seeking a Commercial Finance Controller to turn data into decisions and drive business performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of a dynamic commercial team.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse sales, margins, and costs to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial teams to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives with clear, actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
  • Experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Advanced Excel/financial modelling; ERP/BI experience is a plus.
  • Ability to translate numbers into clear business actions.
  • FMCG industry experience.
