About the Position
- Lead the galas, targeting high revenue in fundraising income
- Deliver high-profile events and donor engagement activities
- Build relationships with ambassadors, major donors and corporate partners
- Identify new fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage event budgets, suppliers and operational delivery
- Collaborate across teams to maximise income and engagement

- Proven experience in high-profile event management and fundraising
- Strong track record of achieving income and financial targets
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing budgets, suppliers and competing priorities
