An exclusive private members' club in Central London is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The club operates multiple premium restaurant spaces, private dining rooms and a busy events calendar, with fine dining and canapé service throughout.
This is a hands-on role, working across multiple kitchens and functions in a luxury environment. The Senior Chef de Partie would suit an experienced CDP ready to step up, or a current Senior CDP looking for a new challenge and great work-life balance. Every hour of overtime is paid.
The Senior Chef de Partie role
- Run and manage all sections during busy services.
- Prepare and cook dishes to spec, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Train and support CDPs and Commis across the brigade.
- Help with orders and stock control.
- Support the senior chefs with prep and food safety.
- Work across multiple kitchens and outlets as required.
- Support private dining, canapé parties and functions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
About you
- Senior Chef de Partie or experienced Chef de Partie background.
- Strong knife skills and section management.
- Confident running sections in a luxury, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable moving between outlets and events.
- A hands-on leader who develops junior chefs.
- Committed to food safety and high standards.
