About the Position
- Lead night cleaning operations across multiple luxury sites
- Manage and develop supervisors and cleaning teams
- Build strong client relationships
- Maintain exceptional cleaning and presentation standards
- Manage staffing, rotas, and resources
- Conduct quality checks and site audits
- Drive team performance and service excellence
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues and urgent requests
- Identify improvements across all sites
The Successful Candidate
- Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or high-end facilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Previous night-shift experience preferred
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Flexible to work 5 nights on / 2 nights off on a rota
