Finance Director – 6 Month FTC

We are working with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business that is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the CEO, you will take a senior leadership role across the finance function, providing strategic and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Providing commercial insight and challenge to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Overseeing financial reporting, controls, cash flow and risk management
- Supporting investment, growth and new-site decisions
- Working closely with the Board and key stakeholders
- Leading and developing the finance function
- Supporting future fundraising and investor relationships
Candidate Profile:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership/FD role
- Hospitality, leisure or another fast-paced multi-site environment preferred
- Commercially minded, hands-on and strategically strong
- Confident operating at Board and senior stakeholder level
- Available at short notice or within a short timeframe
