DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & GROWTH
Salary: £35,000 / $40,000 per anum
Remote: London, Geneva, New York or Washington, DC
An international humanitarian organisation is seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially minded Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth to drive fundraising, develop high-value partnerships, and support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, major donors, and institutional funders.
- Identify and secure significant funding opportunities.
- Lead partnership development, negotiations, and business growth initiatives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the humanitarian and development sectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising, business development, or international development.
- Proven track record in securing funding and managing high-level relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
