This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Soft FM provider to oversee a prestigious contract in London with a focus on Catering and Cleaning.
About the role:
It will be the Contract Manager's responsibility to oversee day-to-day operations including catering and cleaning across the circa £5 million contract. The Contract Manager will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients' expectations through innovative and exciting ideas. Team management and development will play a huge part in this role. Whilst there is an established team of circa 75 in place, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.
Ideal Contract Manager:
- Management experience within soft FM with a focus on cleaning and catering.
- Track record of exceeding client expectations.
- Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
- Experience in team and people development.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
