The role is hands-on in a 70-cover site, up to 250 covers a day, with a brigade of 8-10 chefs. You will work closely with Head Chef on training, menu development and new dishes.
This is a quality-focused, ambitious operation offering 28 days holiday, staff meals and group benefits. Initially 48-hour contract.
