An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CEO to lead an ambitious, multi-site hospitality group with a strong focus on wet-led venues with good food offering, drinks sales and premium drinking experiences.
I am looking for a commercially driven CEO with a proven track record of leading and growing a substantial hospitality business, with a particular focus on wet sales, alongside a strong understanding of food and dry sales.This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how to maximise sales, drive profitability, grow a portfolio and create long-term business value.
You will work closely with the owners and senior leadership team to shape the group's strategy, identify new opportunities, drive expansion and deliver outstanding commercial results.
I am looking for someone who understands acquisitions, business valuations, deal-making and exit strategies, and who has demonstrable experience of successfully managing this process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director or equivalent senior executive within a substantial, multi-site hospitality business.
- A strong wet-led background, ideally within premium pubs, bars, late-night venues or drinks-led hospitality groups.
- A proven track record of driving wet sales, improving margins and maximising commercial performance, alongside an understanding of food and dry sales.
- Must have experience of buying and selling businesses, including acquisitions, disposals and delivering value through a transaction.
- Experience managing and growing a sizeable hospitality group, with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, improve profitability and deliver sustainable growth.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies, including acquisitions, new openings, site expansion and portfolio development.
- A proven ability to build, develop and lead high-performing senior management teams.
- Experience working closely with owners, investors and boards, with the confidence to influence strategic decisions.
- A commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader who understands both the operational detail and the bigger picture.
