General Manager – Energetic and fast-paced Bar £60,000 plus bonus

My client has some cool bar brands that have been hugely successful in the London area. They opened their first sites several years ago, and since then, they have absolutely boomed in the market becoming the place to work. They offer a fantastic people-focused culture, where employees come first. They are now hiring for this iconic site in London.

With great sales and an incredible atmosphere, if you love the buzz of a cocktail bar, drop me a line! I’m looking for a General Manager to lead one of their top London bars. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional track record in the fast-paced bar industry, bringing high energy, passion, and outstanding organisational skills to the role.

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in the bar sector is needed.
  • Commercially aware and strategic – comfortable working closely with a dynamic board team to grow this great business.
  • Experience with delivering training at both operational and management level.
  • Leading from the front and keeping all company paperwork in check including H&S/financial audits.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
