We are on the hunt for a confident, energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy, high-revenue bar & restaurant with a team of 30+.
- Supporting the GM in the day-to-day running of a high-volume venue
- Driving service standards across both bar and floor
- Helping manage performance, staffing, and operations during peak trade
- Supporting financial performance and commercial decisions
Experience in high-volume hospitality (think £60k+ weekly revenue) is essential. A strong bar background is also required. We will consider a standout Bar Manager or Floor Manager ready to step up. Commercial awareness and P&L knowledge are ideal but not essential.
