Assistant General Manager – Premium Restaurant – £50,000
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a fantastic casual premium restaurant in London Bridge area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who is genuinely guest-focused, hands-on and loves being on the floor.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an AGM or a Restaurant Manager within casual premium dining.
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest service
- Strong wine knowledge, WSET would be highly desirable but not essential
- A hands-on management style and a strong presence on the floor
- Someone who enjoys being part of the team and leads by example
- Experience training, developing and motivating a team
- Excellent communication skills and a real eye for detail
- A warm, energetic and professional approach to hospitality
The role:
- Leading, training and motivating a small FOH team
- Maintaining exceptional service standards
- Spending plenty of time on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team
- Helping create a welcoming, polished and memorable guest experience
