I'm working on an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join an established, multi-site hospitality business at its head office in Cheltenham. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, leading a small team of three and playing a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting and driving commercial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading management accounts, month-end and year-end reporting
- Managing cash flow, forecasting and working capital
- Leading, developing and supporting a small finance team of three
- Partnering with Operations to improve site performance, margins and profitability
- Providing commercial analysis to support pricing, new site openings and business growth
- Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and reporting
What we're looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Senior finance experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or a multi-site business
- Strong technical accounting, financial control and cash flow forecasting skills
- Experience leading and developing a small team
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical and business partnering abilities
- NetSuite and advanced Excel experience
