This pivotal leadership role will take charge of a high-performing and fast-paced division, overseeing a large, complex portfolio while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable, insight-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multi-million-pound portfolio across multiple clients and sites, ensuring consistent, measurable service excellence through data-informed decision-making.
