My client is seeking an experienced Head of Building Management to lead the delivery of all facilities and building services across a busy, high-profile events venue. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the site and the successful delivery of events, while overseeing budgets, teams, and contractors.
Requirements:
- A recognised technical qualification in engineering, electrical, or other building services discipline
- Proven experience managing hard and soft services within a large venue or complex site
- Strong budget management skills, including forecasting, reporting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of all facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security
