About the position
- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
- Must have experience working in restaurants & hotels
- A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- A passion for wine
- A born leader with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to commute to the hotel
