The role Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll be a key part of leading a large FOH team and delivering a consistently brilliant guest experience. You’ll be right at the heart of the operation – leading busy services, driving standards, developing the team and making sure the restaurant has the energy and atmosphere the brand is known for.
