Job Title: Restaurant Acquisitions Manager

Location: London – with travel

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

This is a rare and unique opportunity to launch your career in property!

My client is a rapidly expanding hospitality business with a passion for bringing great dining experiences to customers across the UK.

To support their expansion plans we a looking for a switched-on candidate to join the property teams and act as number 2 to the Head of Acquisitions.

This will be a hands-on role, which requires someone with energy, determination and a hunger to succeed. We are open to speaking to people who are passionate about hospitality and property, even if you have limited experience in the area where the two come together.

Naturally, if you do have experience in real estate acquisitions, that would be great. Alternatively, a good understanding of restaurant operations or openings would also be favourable.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Restaurant Acquisitions Manager, you will play a key role in supporting expansion strategy by assisting in the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new restaurant sites. You will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional departments to ensure successful site selection and smooth openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential new restaurant locations
  • Support the evaluation of sites through market analysis and financial feasibility studies
  • Help coordinate negotiations with landlords, agents, and legal teams
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with design, operations, and compliance teams during the acquisition process
  • Maintain up-to-date records of property opportunities and acquisition progress

About You:

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Interest or experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or property acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related field preferred
