Account Lead

Account Lead - London - Commercial Contract Catering - up to £70k

I'm excited to be working with a leading contract caterer who is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Account Lead to take responsibility for a prestigious catering and hospitality operation in London.

This is a high‑profile leadership position within one of the organisation's most diverse and dynamic operations, spanning retail dining, coffee bars, à la carte restaurants, hospitality and events.

The Role

• Leading the overall financial, operational and service performance of the account.
• Driving revenue growth, profitability and continuous commercial improvement.
• Managing budgets, forecasting, labour, cost control and financial reporting.
• Leading the planning and delivery of a significant and varied events programme.
• Providing visible, inspiring leadership across multiple departments.
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience, increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensuring consistently high standards across food quality, presentation, customer service, food safety, health & safety and regulatory compliance.

The Candidate

• Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams, including managers and supervisors.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, with a track record of delivering successful, high-volume hospitality, events operations and B&I Contract Catering.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at a senior level.
• A strong track record in people leadership, employee engagement, performance management and talent development.
• Experience managing complex, multi-service hospitality environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A visible, inspirational and approachable leadership style.
