A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Director to lead the team at a multifaceted venue in Surrey. This site has multiple food and beverage outlets, and we are seeking a senior leader with a real passion for food and service. It’s an incredible opportunity for someone looking for an exciting new challenge!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a high performing team by managing and motivating staff
- Manage and develop catering, bar services and events to deliver a financially viable, high-quality operation
- Accountable for all financial controls, budgets, and reports
- Continuously review and implement processes to improve efficiencies
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met
Experience:
- Proven track record in operational management of a large scale or multifaceted venue
- Experience within a food‑led business
- Financial management – able to run a P&L
- Strong leadership style
- Excellent understanding of health and safety, compliance and legal regulations
