A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Director to lead the team at a multifaceted venue in Surrey. This site has multiple food and beverage outlets, and we are seeking a senior leader with a real passion for food and service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a high performing team by managing and motivating staff
  • Manage and develop catering, bar services and events to deliver a financially viable, high-quality operation
  • Accountable for all financial controls, budgets, and reports
  • Continuously review and implement processes to improve efficiencies
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements are met

Experience:

  • Proven track record in operational management of a large scale or multifaceted venue
  • Experience within a food‑led business
  • Financial management – able to run a P&L
  • Strong leadership style
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety, compliance and legal regulations
