We are working with an exciting and vibrant London Venue who are seeking a Sales and Events Manager to join their growing team. The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for driving new business, handling incoming enquiries, supporting in marketing and coordinating the details of each event to ensure guest satisfaction.

About the role:

  • Dealing with all incoming enquiries for bookings and events and converting into confirmed business
  • Arranging site visits with clients
  • Proactively reaching out to new clients to drive sales
  • Working with third party platforms and event agencies to increase awareness of the venue
  • Plan and coordinate the details of each event
  • Oversee social media and email marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Excellent understanding of bookings and driving sales
  • Excellent event planning experience
  • Good knowledge of social media and marketing
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Organised, hard working and outgoing
