I am on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager for a branded hotel in Cheshire. My client is looking for a born leader who can manage and support the teams in the restaurant, bar, and kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their hotel career.

About the position

  • Responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards
  • Report to the General Manager
  • Manage the kitchen and BOH
  • Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards

The successful candidate

  • Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a F&B Manager
