Marketing Manager – Hospitality Industry

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. This role oversees traditional marketing efforts such as print, OOH, events, sponsorships, and partnerships, while also supporting a Digital Marketing Specialist in strengthening the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns that deliver strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to produce compelling content.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations.
  • Play a key role in new venue launches, ensuring strong pre- and post-launch visibility.
  • Lead and optimise email marketing campaigns to enhance customer relationships.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads & other digital platforms).
  • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist with online marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases and media materials.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, menus, posters, and signage.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and customer behaviours, ensuring marketing efforts remain competitive.
