I am currently looking for a HR Advisor for a leading facilities management company. Growing company with fantastic business culture and great reputation in the market. You will be joining a small, friendly team at the heart of the business.

HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION
Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm and Friday, 9am – 4pm. Hybrid working, 3 days in head office and 2 working from home (Please note: during induction you will be required in the office full-time).
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Providing day to day support and advice to managers on all employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, absence management and ill health.
- Providing support and coaching to our managers dealing with HR issues and ensuring that HR issues are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner.
- Continuously working to up-skill our managers in ensuring consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters.
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes.
- Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Balance business requirements with the importance of treating employees fairly and consistently.
- Ensure that our managers are fully aware of their obligations, their options, and any associated risks to enable them to make informed decisions.
- Provide commercial solutions whilst minimising risk.
- Ensure that all requests for support and advice are delivered within the required timescales.
- Promoting and nurturing a positive working environment.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Strong HR Generalist experience at HR Advisor level or similar.
- CIPD qualification.
- Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation.
- Approachable, diplomatic and personable with a friendly communication style.
