ASAP Start Senior HR Advisor needed for 6-9 month project FTC!
A leading leisure business is looking for an HR Advisor with a strong focus on compliance to join the team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy, people-first operation where you'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and supportive of team wellbeing.
You'll be the go-to person for employment law, right-to-work requirements, GDPR, policy audits, and training — working alongside park leadership and a central people team to safeguard the employee experience from day one and beyond.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading internal audits, ensuring right to work, DBS checks, GDPR, and employment law compliance are in place and up to date.
- Reviewing and improving people processes across recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
- Analysing people data and time & attendance reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coaching and supporting leaders across the business to embed compliant, inclusive HR practices.
- Communicating updates to HR policies and driving continuous improvements in line with business and legal requirements.
What you'll bring:
- Strong understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, right-to-work and visa requirements.
- Proven HR experience, ideally within an advisory or management role in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
- Confidence working with systems and data, and interpreting this for meaningful outcomes.
