As Head of Talent, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all talent-related initiatives across the UK business. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda to support continued growth, strengthen culture, and elevate performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive a world-class talent strategy that attracts, retains, and develops exceptional people at all levels.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for head office and venue-based roles, ensuring a seamless and compelling candidate experience.
  • Build and embed initiatives around performance management, learning and development, career pathways, and succession planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify skills needs, support organisational design, and foster high-performing teams.
