You will work closely with the procurement and operations teams to analyse purchasing data, optimise supplier performance, and streamline inventory processes. A strong understanding of hospitality procurement is essential, along with hands-on experience using MarketMan. Key Responsibilities: Analyse procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify trends and opportunities. Produce clear dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decision making. Review spend patterns and recommend improvements to reduce cost and waste. Ensure data accuracy within MarketMan and other internal systems. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders to support ongoing projects.
