My client is a leading equipment manufacturer with a brilliant reputation for supplying the hospitality industry. They are currently looking for a Country Manager to join their team. The successful Country Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy and building strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, to accelerate market share growth. This role will cover all 32 counties of Ireland and candidates must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across hospitality, QSR, catering, and institutional sectors
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions

The Ideal Country Manager Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a regional sales role within hospitality or foodservice.
  • Strong network across end users and distributors for hospitality, QSR, Horeca, Foodservice sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing national accounts
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
