We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Concession Manager to oversee a large portfolio in the retail sector! Our client is a leader in the Food and Beverage industry and is seeking a dynamic manager with high volume experience! This role requires strong operational management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences during live events!
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail concessions on event and non-event days.
- Ensure all retail areas are fully stocked, merchandised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of supervisors, retail assistants, and temporary event staff.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and product replenishment.
- Oversee financials.
- 2+ years in multi-unit/ retail management within a stadium, large venue or arena.
- Strong organisational skills.
