We are recruiting for a highly anticipated new restaurant opening in Mayfair, featuring an open kitchen with live fire cooking and a Mediterranean small plates concept. This venue is positioned to become one of London's most notable new dining destinations and we seek talented Chef de Parties to join the team.

The Concept:

  • Refined yet approachable fine dining featuring small plates and shared dishes
  • Focus on bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and precision technique
  • Wood and charcoal open-fire cooking
  • Seasonal lunch and dinner menus

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for seasonal, flavor-focused cuisine
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality kitchens (fine dining, bistros or wine bars preferred)
  • Competent on all sections (all stations will be considered)
  • Collaborative team mentality with strong work ethic

Benefits:

  • Salary: £33,500 base + £11,000–£15,000 service charge (realistic estimate)
