We're working with a fast-growing hospitality technology business that's transforming how hospitality operators manage their people and operations. As part of continued UK growth, they're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the UK hospitality market.
This role will own the full new business cycle, building pipeline, winning new logos, and positioning the platform as a strategic partner to hospitality businesses. You'll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer teams to execute a focused go-to-market approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business across independent and multi-site hospitality operators
- Building and managing a strong outbound pipeline
- Owning the sales process from first contact through to close
- Engaging senior stakeholders across HR, Operations, People & Culture, and ownership
- Delivering consultative, value-led product demonstrations
- Representing the business at industry events and within the wider hospitality ecosystem
We're looking for someone with:
