Our thriving venue client is seeking a dynamic Assistant Venue Manager to support the Food and Beverage team. This role will be responsible for looking over a variety of vendors and ensuring all operations are running smoothly! This position is fast-paced and ever growing with some new plans in place for expansion. If you have experience in management in a venue, arena or large catering company this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all F&B vendors
- Management of beer systems/cellar
- Stock & inventory management
- Financial reporting
- Planning of logistics for all events
- Consistently making sure product is meeting F&B quality standards
Requirements:
- Experience running multiple retail outlets
- Thrives in high volume settings
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers
