We are working with a fantastic client on a Director of F&B, overseeing all commercial hospitality offerings at this superb independent living operation in London.

About the role:

The role is to assess and develop the catering offering across a café, formal restaurant, bar, retail shop and looking forward the events space. There is a focus on team development and training those around you, so you must have experience in this area. It is imperative that you have experience within a senior capacity in hospitality and catering, ideally within a senior living setting. The role would suit someone used to developing and implementing strategic change with a focus on catering excellence. An emotional maturity around any changes will set you up to succeed and experience of stakeholder management will be required.

Ideal F&B Director:

  • Previous experience in a senior commercial catering role, ideally within senior living.
  • An established leader.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent financial understanding and business growth.
  • Proven history of achieving and surpassing strict KPI’s.
  • Experience training and developing those around you.
